Although "The Crush" occurs between May & September, an informative tour of the grove & processing facility is available all year round. Topics include propagation, irrigation, fertilizing, harvesting and pruning of the olive tree. We also explain the processing of the olive fruit into extra virgin olive oil. We discuss the terms associated with olive oil such as virgin & extra virgin, first cold press etc. Both individuals and groups are more than welcome however BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. Tours are booked at 10.00am or need to be after 2.00pm due to the lunch hour in the Cafe.
